How do I sign up?
Use the registration form on the front page. In order to enter any of the skill games and to qualify for great products, you have to become a paying member of bluegames.fun.
How do I start a game?
On the home page, you have a full overview of all the active competitions. Choose the competition you wish to play and click 'Play Now'. The game will then start.
How do I play?
When entering the competitions page, you will activate the game. Also see the How To section.
How many times can I try to improve my best score?
You can try as many times as you like to improve your overall best score as long as the competition is online and thereby qualify to win a great product.
How do I win?
For every active competition, all players' best score is tracked. When a competition ends, the player with the best score wins. On the competitions page, you can always see when a competition ends by looking at the timer.
What do I win?
Every active competition presents the product you can win before the competition starts. You are not able to exchange any winnings to cash.
If I win a competition, how do I receive my product?
If you are the winner of a competition, we will contact you directly by email. We will then send the product to the address listed under your 'My Account', provided your address has been verified. This means that you have received a letter from us with a PIN code and entered this PIN code under 'My Account'.
What if there is a problem with the product I have received?
If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after receiving it and we will tell you how to proceed.
How can I change my password or details?
Once logged in, you can go to 'My Account' and make the changes you wish.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You are able to cancel your account by contacting customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include the email, name, and address used for sign up so we are able to locate your account. Your account will be live and available to you until your paid subscription period has ended.
What if I am unable to log in to my account?
Make sure that you are using the correct email address and password. You can find your username in the welcome email you received. If you are still unable to access your account, send us an email at email@example.com, stating your sign up email, name and address.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Use the 'forgot password' link, and we will send you a new password.
